Pause Old Town Chicago

Pause Old Town is a recovery and wellness studio at 1650 N Wells St in Chicago, near Lincoln Park. Sauna guests book private suites with a full-spectrum infrared sauna, and contrast therapy suites add a cold plunge and an en-suite shower, with sessions of 30 or 60 minutes. Guests may bring a plus one. The studio also offers cryotherapy, float tanks, LED light therapy, compression therapy, IV drips and vitamin shots, and Aescape massage. Credit-based memberships come in four tiers, with credits redeemed across services, and guest passes for sauna or contrast sessions are included. Bookings and gift cards are handled through an online booking system.
