Each week every metro gets a ranked list. The order is our editorial score, from 0 to 100. It weighs how complete a venue's facts are (prices, hours, policies, rooms), how well it fits the page you are on, and how recently we checked it. A re-check moves the score, which is why rows move up and down from week to week.
We find venues on public maps, then read each venue's own website for prices, session lengths, rooms, policies and hours. A fact we cannot confirm stays unknown; we never show unknown as no. Every price carries the date we read it.
This week we re-checked 743 of 743 venues. New venues, price moves and intro offers show up in the change log on the home page and on each venue's page.
No reviews, no star ratings and no votes. A paid placement, if one ever appears, is labelled and does not change the score.
A metro page is indexed from 10 venues. A page for a type or an amenity in a metro, such as infrared saunas in Austin, exists from 3 venues. Suburbs count toward their metro and are named on each row.
