Sessions are by appointment only and include use of the sauna, a large cold plunge kept roughly between 45 and 55 degrees Fahrenheit, a hot water outdoor shower, and an outdoor lounge. Community sessions are 90 minutes, cost $45 per person, and are capped at 8 people. Private bookings for groups of up to 6 or up to 15 people are available, and monthly memberships and a five session punch pass are offered. Swimwear is required and nudity is not allowed.
