Archimedes Banya

Archimedes Banya is a bathhouse at 748 Innes Avenue in San Francisco, built around the Russian banya tradition. The facility has two Russian saunas, a Turkish hammam steam room, a Finnish dry sauna, a cold water plunge, a warm water pool and Jacuzzis. A rooftop deck looks over the bay, and a quiet relaxation room and a cafe with a bar are on site. Services include venik platza, hammam body washes and scrubs, and daily aromatherapy sessions, with spa treatments such as massage also offered. Rooftop yoga is free with a banya pass. Guests must be 18 or older, and a banya pass is required for entry. Services require advance reservations. Women's and men's nights are held monthly, and private rooms can be rented by the hour for events.
