Flinn Ritual

Flinn Ritual is a small, locally owned recovery studio at 1043 Stuart St in Lafayette, California. It pairs a traditional sauna, kept at 180°F, with cold plunge tubs offered at either 45°F or 55°F. The rooms are private, so swimwear is optional, and towels and sandals are provided. Guests are asked to bring only themselves and a water bottle. Memberships are available with a three month minimum, and unused credits roll over while the membership stays active. Sessions are booked online through the studio's booking page. The business grew out of a local fitness studio that has served the community for more than ten years.
