Experience Contrast

Experience Contrast runs guided contrast sessions in San Francisco that alternate rounds of sauna heat with rest, showers or an optional cold plunge. A session lasts about 75 minutes and includes three rounds, with breathwork and mindfulness guidance. Two formats are offered: a silent practice with herbal steam infusion, and a music and essential oil format. Right now sessions take place as a preview at the founder's private Corona Heights residence, which has a four person sauna, a cold plunge, an outdoor warm shower and changing areas. The address is shared after booking. A permanent location in San Francisco is planned for 2027. A swimsuit is required, and an intro session is priced at $49.
