Resilience Wellness Studio

Resilience Wellness Studio is a wellness center at 49 Bayard St in New Brunswick. Its recovery offerings include a private full-spectrum infrared sauna booth with red light wavelengths, offered as 15 or 30 minute sessions, plus a cold plunge, a dry salt room, red light therapy and compression therapy. The sauna sits in a curtained wellness area shared with the cold plunge, and cold towels and chilled water are provided after sessions. The studio also offers massage on select days, Reiki, and movement classes such as yoga and tai chi.
