Atha Yoga Shala

Atha Yoga Shala and Spa is a yoga studio and full-service spa on a five acre property at 2219 Seacrest Blvd in Delray Beach, Florida. The site states that the spa has five saunas, and sauna sessions can be booked by phone as a standalone visit or paired with yoga, energy work or bodywork. Spa treatments include massage, facials, body scrubs, energy work and psychic medium readings. Spa memberships combine one monthly treatment with sauna access, offered as three, six and twelve month terms, with the six and twelve month plans billed monthly. The spa is closed Tuesday and Thursday and has shorter hours on Sunday. A retreat house on the property is also available to book for stays.
