Perspire Sauna Studio

Perspire Sauna Studio in St. Charles, Illinois offers private infrared sauna suites with integrated red light therapy. Sessions run up to 40 minutes, and towels are provided in each suite. A SNØ Shower delivering a 45°F waterfall is available for contrast therapy, included with the top membership tier. Guests can choose a single session, session packs, an intro session, or month-to-month memberships with unlimited, eight, or four sessions per month. Halotherapy is described as a paid add-on at participating studios. The studio is at 162 S. 1st Street and is open daily, with longer weekday hours than weekend hours. Because the suites are private, guests may wear whatever is comfortable. Teens ages 16 and 17 may use the sauna only with an accompanying adult. Bookings are made online or through the Perspire app. HSA and FSA payments are accepted. Gift cards are sold online. The studio's contact email is stcharles@perspiresaunastudio.com. All Perspire locations are locally owned and operated. Memberships are accessible across all studio locations. The studio can be reached by phone at 630-338-0874.
