ULU Recovery & Wellness: Prices and Hours (Austin)

ULU Recovery & Wellness is a wellness studio in the Bouldin Creek neighborhood of Austin, Texas, at South 1st and Monroe Street. The studio has four private sauna and cold plunge rooms, a red light therapy bed, an IV lounge and compression therapy. Sauna sessions can be booked alone or paired with a cold plunge, in 30 or 60 minute lengths. Non-member drop-ins start at $45 for a 30-minute sauna session and $75 for a 60-minute sauna and cold plunge session. Packs of five or ten sessions and monthly memberships are available, with a three-month minimum commitment on memberships. Towels and toiletries are provided, and parking is validated in the garage below the studio for up to two hours.
