Sweatland is a women-founded infrared sauna and red light studio at 215 South Lamar Blvd in Austin. It offers private sessions in two formats: a walk-in cabana with full-spectrum infrared heat and chromotherapy for one or two guests, and a lay-down suite with a far infrared capsule that keeps the head outside the heat. Full body red light sessions run 20 minutes, and a Reset Room is also offered. Sessions are booked online. Pricing includes monthly memberships, session packages, and new client specials. Towels and filtered water are provided, and free garage parking is issued at booking. The studio is open daily, with shorter hours on Friday and Saturday.
