Sweatcity ATX is a co-ed sauna and cold plunge facility in the middle courtyard of Casa de Luz Village on Toomey Road in Austin. The space has an outdoor cedar sauna kept at 185°F and two cold plunges at 45°F and 55°F, plus rinse stations, private showers, enclosed changing rooms with lockers, and a community courtyard. Towels and soap are provided. Sessions reserve one hour, and walk-ins are welcome. A drop-in costs $49, with 4-visit and 10-visit packs available, and a monthly unlimited membership is offered. The venue is open daily from 9am to 9pm. A separate mobile wood-burning sauna and cold plunge can be booked for events around Austin.
