Mantle Thermal Haus

Mantle Thermal Haus is a contrast therapy space at 2204 Curtis Ave in Austin, Texas. The outdoor area has two six-person cedar barrel saunas and three two-person cold plunges built with cedar and stainless steel. A red light lounge with full body red light blankets and a massage room are also on site, and guests can use two shower rooms and a shed room to store belongings. A check-in lobby sells apothecary goods, drinks and snacks. Visitors are advised to wear a swimsuit or athletic clothing. Access is offered through single sessions and monthly memberships with one-hour sessions, and the upper tiers add extras such as guest passes, massages, yoga and IV drip sessions. The venue is open daily, with shorter hours on Monday and Sunday.
