Perspire Sauna Studio

Perspire Sauna Studio in Walnut Creek is part of a franchise of infrared sauna studios. Guests book a private suite for a 40 minute session that combines a full spectrum infrared sauna with red light therapy. Suites include an in-suite television, towels, adjustable temperature controls and a cold eucalyptus towel after the session. Some locations offer contrast therapy through a cold shower and halotherapy as session add-ons. New guests can book an intro session advertised at up to 50 percent off, and month-to-month memberships are handled by each studio. Because the rooms are private, guests choose what to wear. Check with the studio for local pricing, hours and which enhancements are available.
