Mind Body Flow

Mind Body Flow is a wellness center at 1569 Olivina Ave in Livermore, California. It offers flotation sessions in magnesium salt water pods, a full spectrum infrared sauna with color light therapy, and assisted stretch and bodywork. The space includes a decompression lounge and a yoga cove, and a calendar of classes and workshops runs alongside the services. Float rooms have private showers, and towels and basic toiletries are provided. A monthly membership called Jill's Inner Circle combines a float, a stretch and a sauna session, and is limited to 40 founding members. Sessions are booked online through the venue's booking page.
