Quantum Red

Quantum Red operates self-serve studios in the Scottsdale area that combine red light therapy rooms with full spectrum infrared saunas. Members use an app on their phone to enter the treatment rooms on a first come, first served basis, and the membership studios are unstaffed. One location in Central Scottsdale is listed as open around the clock for members. Red light sessions are about 10 minutes, and infrared sauna sessions run up to 30 minutes, with members asked to bring two towels. Pricing listed on the site includes a 25 dollar single session, a 10 pack for 150 dollars, and an unlimited plan at 100 dollars per month with a two month minimum. Non-members book their first session in advance by phone, text or the online form, and a free first session is offered.
