Optimyze Tempe

Optimyze Tempe is a wellness and recovery center on East Guadalupe Road. A one-hour coached session combines a full spectrum infrared sauna, cold water therapy, warm water hydrotherapy, compression therapy, red light therapy, PEMF therapy and a Biocharger. Guests are encouraged to move between cold and warm water in a contrast format. Swimsuits are needed for the water therapies and the infrared sauna, and towels can be rented on site. A first visit costs $35 for Greater Phoenix residents with a valid Arizona ID, and other sessions cost $49. The center also hosts breathwork and meditation classes, workshops, private group sessions and gift cards. It is open daily, with a midday weekday closure.
