Optimyze Scottsdale

Optimyze Scottsdale is a wellness center in the McCormick Ranch area of Scottsdale, formerly known as Modern Wellness and Drip. Guests book one-hour sessions that include a full spectrum infrared sauna, a traditional sauna, cold water therapy, warm water hydrotherapy, compression therapy, a massage chair, cryotherapy, red light therapy, PEMF and a sound bed. Coaches guide visitors through the therapies, and swimwear is needed for the water therapies and the infrared sauna. A first visit costs $35 for Greater Phoenix residents with a valid Arizona ID, and other sessions cost $49. The center also hosts breathwork and meditation classes, workshops and private group sessions. It is open daily, with shorter hours on weekends.
