Optimyze Arcadia

Optimyze Arcadia is a wellness and recovery center on East Indian School Road in Phoenix, part of a four location Arizona group. Visits are one hour sessions with coaching that move through compression therapy, a full spectrum infrared sauna, cold water therapy with breath and mindset guidance, warm water hydrotherapy for contrast, PEMF and red light therapy. Other therapies such as BioCharger, SoundBed, NuCalm, PandoraStar and cryotherapy are listed, though availability varies by location. A first visit is priced at 35 dollars for residents with a valid Arizona ID, and other sessions are 49 dollars. Guests are asked to bring a swimsuit, towel and water bottle, and sessions are booked in advance online. Classes and private group sessions are also offered.
