Combat Recovery Center

Combat Recovery Center is a recovery studio in Tempe, Arizona, located upstairs inside Arizona Combat Sports. It offers an infrared sauna, a cold plunge and red light therapy. The sauna is a Sunlighten mPulse unit that uses full-spectrum infrared heat at a lower air temperature than a traditional sauna. Sessions are booked online, and a signed waiver is required for the sauna and cold plunge. Pricing includes single sessions, session packs of 5, 10 and 20, and monthly memberships with four sessions, eight sessions or unlimited access, with a Founder's Rate currently listed and separate rates for Arizona Combat Sports members. The studio is open Monday through Saturday and closed on Sunday.
