The studio offers two-person Sunlighten infrared saunas, including a far infrared model and a blended near and far infrared model, along with cold plunges that can be set as low as 39°F. Other services include red light therapy, NormaTec compression, contrast therapy that alternates heat and cold in one suite, and massage with licensed therapists. Sessions are booked online, and towels are provided. Memberships are offered for daytime, night, private and all access use, as well as couples options.
