Remedy Place SoHo

Remedy Place SoHo is a social wellness club at 11 Greene Street in Manhattan. Guests can book private infrared sauna suites with a shower, guided breathwork ice bath classes, and a contrast suite that rotates between hot and cold. The club also offers red light beds, cryotherapy, hyperbaric chambers, lymphatic compression and robotic massage, alongside IV drips, chiropractic and acupuncture. Membership is not required, and walk-ins and advance reservations are both accepted, though sessions may already be booked. The club is open from 10am to 8pm on weekdays and 10am to 7pm on weekends. Towels are provided and swimwear is welcome in the sauna suites.
