Remedy Place Flatiron

Remedy Place Flatiron is a social wellness club at 12 West 21st Street in Manhattan. Guests can book private infrared sauna suites with a full shower, guided ice bath classes that begin with breathwork, and contrast suites that rotate between hot and cold. The club also offers red light beds, cryotherapy, lymphatic compression, hyperbaric chambers, vitamin IV drips, acupuncture, chiropractic care, and group classes such as meditation and sound baths. Walk-in guests are accepted, though advance reservations are encouraged, and membership is optional. A bathing suit is required for the ice bath, and towels are provided.
