Recovery Mode

Recovery Mode is a sports recovery studio at 30-29 Steinway Street in Astoria, Queens. Its heat and cold offering centers on an infrared sauna and a cold plunge, which can be booked as a day pass that also includes compression therapy. The studio also provides sports massage by licensed therapists, sports acupuncture, localized cryotherapy, oxygen therapy, IV therapy and one on one breathwork coaching. Memberships, packages, and gift cards are available through its online booking system, and walk-in clients are accepted under the studio's policies. Corporate wellness programs and events are also offered. Sessions can be booked online, and a cancellation window applies to recovery sessions.
