iStretchPlus Long Island

iStretchPlus is a recovery studio on New York Avenue in Huntington, Long Island. The main offering is a contrast experience built around a Bluetooth-enabled infrared sauna and an XL cold plunge in a private room, which the site says can reach as low as 39°F. The plunge connects directly to the sauna so guests can move between heat and cold. Infrared sauna sessions start at 15 minutes. The studio also provides practitioner-guided assisted stretching and RockPod cupping. Sessions can be reserved online through its booking system, and monthly memberships, multi-session packages and gift cards are available. The site lists services for all ages. Prices and weekly opening hours are not shown on the pages reviewed.
