Island Spa & Sauna is a 30,000 square foot Korean day spa on Lincoln Highway in Edison, New Jersey. General admission is $55 on weekdays and $65 on weekends, federal holidays and family days, and covers loungewear, a locker, a towel and access to open amenities. These include six dry saunas built with clay, rock salt and charcoal, an ice sauna, four soaking tubs and a steam room. The bathhouse areas are gender separated and require full nudity, in keeping with Korean spa custom. Walk-ins are welcome without a reservation. The spa also offers massages, Korean body scrubs, facials, VIP treatments and yoni steam, plus a cafe on site. It is open daily from 9 AM to 11 PM.
