Slawth Haus is an outdoor wellness space at 7255 Wilson Rd in West Palm Beach, set on about 2.5 acres of trees west of downtown. The core offering is contrast therapy, with outdoor saunas and cold plunge pools, plus open-air areas and a tiki hut for resting between rounds. Visits are by advance reservation only and are booked as one hour time slots. Guests are asked to swimsuit up and leave their phones in a locker. Towels, showers and lockers are provided, and guests bring their own lock. The venue also runs yoga, breathwork, Pilates, sound and mobility classes outdoors, along with community events and private event bookings. Memberships are available, and a second location at SmartyPlants in Lake Worth Beach is planned to open in December.
