Grotto Baths

Grotto is a co-ed social bathhouse in the Wynwood neighborhood of Miami, built around contrast therapy. The baths include a ceremonial sauna, a full-spectrum infrared sauna, a steam room, cold plunges, a saltwater mineral pool and a thermal pool, with guided aufguss sessions offered. An outdoor lounge and a cafe serving small bites, juices and teas sit alongside the baths. Locker rooms provide towels, slippers and personal care products. Guests must be 21 or older, wear bathing attire and reserve ahead, and phones are not allowed in the thermal areas. Monthly memberships are listed at 225 and 315 dollars, with applications open ahead of a planned opening in late October 2026.
