Yu Ritual Sauna & Plunge

Yu Ritual is a neighborhood sauna venue at 3407 West 29th Avenue in Denver's Highlands. It has six traditional Finnish saunas, split between indoor and outdoor rooms, with some open to shared or guided groups and others reserved for private use. Capacities range from four to fourteen people. A large cold plunge holds up to eight people, with rinse showers on either side, and a private garden gives guests a place to cool off between rounds. Two membership programs are offered: one is pay per use and the other is unlimited. Guests can invite others to shared or private saunas when booking, and sessions must be booked in advance. The venue lists daily hours from 7am to 9pm.
