Sauna Club Co is a contrast therapy club at 9695 W 44th Ave in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. The facility has two cedar Finnish saunas, three chilled cold plunge tubs and a mineral hot tub, so guests can cycle between heat and cold at their own pace. The space is set up as a social club, with benches and a communal area meant for conversation. Sessions last one hour and are booked online. A single session costs $30, with four and eight session packs and unlimited monthly or three month memberships also available. The club is open daily, with longer hours on weekdays than on weekends.
