ROK SPAS is a Nordic-style bathhouse at 2025 17th Street in downtown Denver, close to Union Station. The main room is a cedar dry sauna heated to 194 degrees Fahrenheit that seats 40 guests. Guests can also use an eucalyptus steam room, warm thermal soaking tubs and five cold plunges ranging from 37 to 55 degrees Fahrenheit. Visits are built around a contrast circuit of heat, cold and rest. The sauna, steam room and plunges are shared and co-ed, swimwear is required, and guests must be 18 or older. Towels, robes, lockers and showers are available. Walk-ins are accepted, though booking ahead is recommended. Memberships are month to month and start at 150 dollars. The spa is open daily from 8am to 9pm.
