Embrace North

Embrace North is a bathhouse in Denver's York Street Yards that focuses on contrast therapy. The facility has three electric saunas set to about 200 degrees Fahrenheit and a cold spa that seats roughly nine to thirteen people, kept around 38 to 43 degrees. Sessions last one hour and are booked ahead through the venue's app or website. Swimwear or athletic clothing is required, and guests bring their own towel and water bottle, though both are sold on site. A single drop-in session costs $27.50, and an unlimited membership covering all locations is $49.95 plus tax. New visitors can claim two first-time sessions. The Denver location is open daily, with shorter hours on weekends.
