Denver Sports Recovery

Denver Sports Recovery is a clinic on West 29th Avenue in Denver that combines chiropractic, physical therapy, massage and other treatments with a recovery center open to the public by day pass or membership. The recovery center includes a Finnish-style dry sauna, a full-spectrum infrared sauna, a 42°F cold plunge, a 52°F cold tub and hot and cold tubs for contrast sessions. Other tools include compression, red light and PEMF therapy, and whole-body vibration. A private room with its own cold plunge and sauna can be booked for contrast sessions or small groups. The center lists walk-in hours and several membership tiers, and it is open seven days a week with shorter hours on weekends.
