Cedar & Steam

Cedar & Steam operates from The Denver Village at 2513 Elmira St in Aurora, on the Northeast Denver border. The outdoor space is built around a wood-fired cedar sauna, a cold plunge and an outdoor gathering area. Public offerings include a 90-minute Sauna Ritual that opens with a 30-minute guided session of breathwork, followed by time to move between the sauna, cold plunge and outdoor space. Flow & Glow evenings pair a 45-minute yoga flow with sauna time. Towels, water and light snacks are provided. Groups can book the venue privately for $199 for 90 minutes, with additional hours at $75. A wood-fired trailer sauna can also be delivered to homes and events, and the company sells portable sauna tents.
