Be Well Bodyworks

Be Well Bodyworks is a massage and recovery practice at 1840 Mountain View Ave in Longmont, Colorado. Alongside a full menu of therapeutic massage, it offers a private contrast therapy room that pairs an infrared sauna, typically run at 120 to 150 degrees Fahrenheit, with a cold plunge kept between 39 and 55 degrees. The contrast session lasts 60 minutes and can be taken alone or with a guest. Red light therapy sessions are also available as a short standalone service or as an add-on to massage. The practice sells massage memberships and says it also has contrast therapy and red light memberships. Sessions can be booked online through the studio's booking system.
