The Wellness Deck at Flourish Here Retreat

The Wellness Deck is part of Flourish Here Retreat in Dripping Springs, Texas. Guests book a private two hour session for two to four people. The setting is a rustic outdoor deck rather than a spa. The barrel sauna is made of thermally modified spruce, heated by an electric stove with stones, and seats up to four. Red light panels in the sauna can run with or without heat. A stainless steel cold plunge for one person is filled with filtered rainwater and treated with UV and ozone instead of chlorine. Towels, water, parking and a simple changing room are provided. Swimwear is required, and first-time guests get a short safety orientation. Reservations are required and walk-ins are not accepted.
