Sauna House Austin North Loop

Sauna House Austin North Loop operates an interim indoor-outdoor concept called the Sauna Garden while a permanent space is built on the adjacent property. Guests follow a 75-minute thermal cycle, moving between wood-burning and traditional Finnish saunas, cold plunges and heated lounge benches. Towels, private changing rooms and outdoor patio showers are provided, and a light beverage service is available. The space is co-ed and swimsuits are required. Bathhouse access is for guests 18 and older, or 14 and older with a legal guardian. Massage services and private rooms are also mentioned, and memberships are offered. The venue is at 1507 W N Loop Blvd and is closed on Tuesdays. This is a phone-free space.
