Lifestyle Flexibility is a family-owned private recovery studio on 74th Ave NE in Kenmore, Washington. The suite has a lounge with its own entrance and a separate sauna room with a Clearlight full-spectrum infrared sauna, adjustable between 115 and 160 degrees Fahrenheit. Each booking is for one party at a time, so the space is fully private. A 40 minute infrared sauna session costs $45, and a 50 minute Sauna Reset costs $55 and pairs Power Plate vibration and red light with the sauna. Red light and Power Plate can also be booked on their own for $20 each. Towels and filtered water are included. Sessions are by appointment only, seven days a week from 8 AM to 10 PM, and first time clients receive a discount.
