City Sweats - West Seattle

City Sweats West Seattle is a wellness studio at 4755 Fauntleroy Way SW offering private full spectrum infrared sauna cabins that hold up to four guests, along with a cold plunge, contrast therapy, red light therapy and mechanical lymphatic drainage. Massage, fascia blasting and cavitation services are also available. Cabins are private and clothing-optional, so guests can wear a swimsuit or yoga clothes. A shower room, towels and a relax room with a Himalayan salt and white sand floor are provided after sessions. Memberships run month to month, including an unlimited infrared sauna plan at 199 dollars per month and an unlimited wellness plan at 299 dollars per month, plus punch cards valid for twelve months.
