City Sweats - Wallingford

City Sweats Wallingford is a wellness studio at 4222 Stone Way N in Seattle. The main offering is private infrared sauna cabins that use full spectrum heaters and fit two to four guests, with optional aromatherapy and chromotherapy lighting. The studio also provides cold plunge, red light therapy, contrast therapy, mechanical lymphatic drainage and body services such as fascia blasting. Guests can use a mineral shower room and a Himalayan salt and white sand relax room after a session. Cabins are clothing optional, and children aged 6 to 17 may sweat only with a parent or guardian. Access is by reservation. Month-to-month memberships range from $88 to $299, and punch cards of 4, 8 or 20 sessions are sold at $200, $360 and $749.
