Wellness & Awakening Dimension

Wellness Awakening Dimension is a private, self-service wellness room located inside the OC Body Clinic suite at 975 E Birch St in Brea, California. The room includes a cold plunge, a full spectrum infrared sauna, red light therapy panels, a PEMF mat, crystal singing bowls, a Swedish ladder and a creative space. Each booking gives one group private use of the room, with space for up to three people. Pay-per-visit sessions range from 30 to 120 minutes, and monthly memberships without contracts are offered for daily or weekly access. Members can use the room at any hour, while single sessions are booked by appointment. First-time visitors book an orientation, and video guides are provided for each machine.
