Threshold

Threshold is a breathwork practice located at 540 E Washington Ave in Orange, California. Sessions combine guided breathwork with cold water immersion and sauna exposure. The sauna is a traditional dry sauna, described as running between 175 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes. Cold immersion takes place in several vessels kept at different temperatures, so newcomers can start at a comfortable level. The venue offers an introductory session for first time visitors, individual solo sessions, and options for groups. Longer commitments such as a five session pack or a ten session series are mentioned, though prices are not listed on the pages reviewed. Booking is handled through an online appointment system.
