Teddy's Hot House is a community sauna and cold plunge space at 1915 Lincoln Blvd in Venice, Los Angeles. Each 90-minute session centers on a dry Finnish sauna built from magnolia wood and heated by two Harvia heaters, paired with three Morozko Forge cold plunge tubs set at different temperatures. Guests rinse in outdoor showers between rounds, and towels and lockers are provided. Swimsuits are required. Drop-in sessions cost $48, with session packs, a four-session monthly plan and an unlimited monthly membership also available. Sessions can be reserved up to seven days ahead, and the space is also offered for private events. It is open daily, with a later start on Wednesdays.
