Saunatica Sauna Studio

Saunatica is a private infrared sauna studio on East 17th Street in Costa Mesa, California. Each 45-minute session takes place in a private suite that includes towels, filtered water, in-suite entertainment and a full-body red light panel. The studio offers a standard suite and a yoga suite with more open floor space, and select suites can fit one additional guest. A stationary bike is available for a short warm-up before the heat. Pricing listed on the site includes a three-visit intro series at $89 and monthly memberships from $99 to $209, ranging from four visits to unlimited visits. A first session is offered free. The studio is open daily from 7 AM to 9 PM, and advance booking is recommended.
