Revive Wellness Place

Revive Wellness Place is a recovery studio in Quartz Hill, California, serving Lancaster, Palmdale and the wider Antelope Valley. The main heat option is a private infrared sauna with color-light therapy, and the cold plunge is held at 41°F with a team member coaching breathing. Guests can book a combined sauna and plunge visit, along with compression therapy, red light therapy, a PEMF mat, BrainTap, targeted cryotherapy, an oxygen bar and massage. Single core sessions cost $35, the sauna and plunge combo is $55, and prepaid packs of 5, 10 and 20 sessions lower the per-session cost. A monthly Recovery Pass is offered to students, athletes and seniors. Booking runs through an online scheduler, and walk-ins are welcome when space allows.
