ReEnergized

ReEnergized is an independent recovery and wellness studio on East Pacific Coast Highway in Long Beach, California. The studio offers a private infrared sauna suite for up to two people, plus a cold plunge pool kept at around 39 degrees Fahrenheit. Guests can pair the two for contrast sessions. Other services include red light therapy beds, whole body and localized cryotherapy, a halotherapy salt room, pneumatic compression, sound and light sessions, and hyperbaric oxygen chambers at several pressure levels. Towels, robes and a rinse shower are provided, and swimwear is recommended for plunging. New guests receive one free foundational session. Memberships are available, and the studio is open daily, with shorter hours on weekends.
