Pure Sweat + Float Studio is a boutique recovery studio at 20929 Ventura Blvd in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles. Sessions take place in private suites. The infrared sauna session runs about 45 minutes in a Sunlighten cabin offering far, mid and near infrared wavelengths, with chromotherapy and a tablet for entertainment. A contrast therapy option pairs the sauna with a cold plunge and an ensuite shower with natural bath products. Float therapy sessions of 40 or 60 minutes are offered in a private suite with Epsom salt water. Memberships are available and can be shared with a designated plus one. Gift cards are sold, and sessions are booked online through the studio's scheduling page. Cancellations require at least 12 hours notice.
