Pause South Bay

Pause South Bay is a recovery and wellness studio in The Point shopping area on Pacific Coast Highway in El Segundo. Heat and cold sessions take place in private suites that combine a full-spectrum infrared sauna, a cold plunge and an en-suite shower, with sessions offered at 30 or 60 minutes. Guests can bring a plus one to share a suite. The studio also offers whole-body cryotherapy, float tanks, full-body LED light therapy, compression therapy, massage and IV drips with vitamin shots. Services are booked with credits through monthly memberships in four tiers, ranging from 12 to 50 credits per month, and a shared membership add-on is available for a second person. A first-service discount is offered when signing up on the site.
