Pause Studio Newport Beach is a recovery and wellness studio on Westcliff Drive near Balboa Island. Guests book private suites that combine a full-spectrum infrared sauna with a cold plunge and an en-suite shower, in 30 or 60 minute sessions. The studio also offers a float tank, whole-body cryotherapy, full-body LED light therapy, Normatec compression, IV drips, vitamin shots and Aescape massage. Pricing is built around credit-based monthly memberships in four tiers, with Plus One sharing available on the upper three tiers, and services can also be bought as packages or individual sessions.
