Pause Studio Long Beach is a recovery and wellness studio on Pacific Coast Highway. Sauna guests use private suites with a full-spectrum infrared sauna, a cold plunge and an en-suite shower, in 30 or 60 minute sessions, and can bring a friend along. Contrast sessions alternate between the sauna and the plunge. The studio also offers float tanks, LED light therapy, whole-body cryotherapy, compression therapy, robotic massage, and IV drips and vitamin shots. Credit-based monthly memberships range from $89 to $479, with credits that can be spent across services, and a Plus One can be added to higher tiers for $49 per month.
